About the Company

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and REST APIs.

- Build features end-to-end across the frontend, backend, and database layers.

- Design and optimize relational database schemas and queries.

- Develop production-grade backend services using Python.

- Build responsive and maintainable user interfaces using JavaScript/React.

- Participate in system design and architectural decisions.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop scalable solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.

- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code.

- Identify potential blockers and communicate them proactively.

Required Skills

Frontend

- Solid JavaScript fundamentals, including ES6+, async/await, and closures.

- Hands-on experience with React, including hooks, state management, and component architecture.

Backend

- Solid proficiency in Python.

- Experience developing production-grade applications and REST APIs.

- Hands-on experience with FastAPI or Flask.

Database

- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or equivalent.

- Strong understanding of database schema design, joins, indexing, and query optimization.





Architecture & Problem Solving

- Strong understanding of system design and scalable application architecture.

- Ability to analyze complex or ambiguous requirements and develop effective solutions.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or similar tools.

- Experience developing desktop applications using Electron.

- Exposure to agentic/AI frameworks such as ADK or LangGraph.

- Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI and API documentation.

- Strong knowledge of Git and version-control best practices.

- Basic understanding of Docker and CI/CD.

- Experience with unit and integration testing.
