Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Engineer role based in Rohtak.

The Full Stack

Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers, ensuring responsive, secure, and scalable solutions. Daily responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, managing databases, and optimizing application performance. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, as well as participating in code reviews, testing,



and continuous improvement of the technology stack. The engineer will contribute to Avantark’s AI-driven platforms and digital infrastructure, helping ensure systems are reliable, maintainable, and aligned with the company’s innovation goals.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), including building responsive, accessible user interfaces.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development for creating APIs, handling business logic, and working with databases.
- Experience in Full-Stack Development and general Software Development, with the ability to work across the complete application stack.
- Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of software architecture, security best practices, and performance optimization.
- Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team, communicate clearly, and take ownership of deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in AI-driven systems, scalable digital infrastructure, and learning new technologies as needed.
