Company Description Attenditai is a cloud-based attendance management platform that helps schools, nonprofits, events, workplaces, fitness studios, and other organizations track real-time presence. Users can check in via QR code, tablet kiosk, self check-in links, or CSV roster imports, replacing manual sign-in sheets and spreadsheets.

The system provides automated reports, real-time dashboards, role-based access control, and grant-ready documentation. Built-in anti-proxy check-in prevents buddy punching, while automated reminders, notifications, and threshold alerts reduce administrative workload. Reports can be exported to Excel, PDF, or payroll to streamline downstream processes.

Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer at Attenditai, you will design, build, and maintain end-to-end features for our attendance management platform. You will work across front-end and back-end components, implement APIs, optimize performance, and ensure reliability and security of cloud-based services.

Daily activities include collaborating with product and design teams, reviewing code, writing tests, and troubleshooting issues in production environments. You will contribute to architectural decisions, help improve development workflows,



and participate in continuous improvement of the user experience. This is a full time, remote role.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience owning features from design to deployment.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including building scalable APIs, working with databases, and integrating third-party services.
- Solid Front-End Development experience, including modern JavaScript frameworks and responsive UI implementation.
- Hands-on expertise with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for clean, accessible, and maintainable user interfaces.
- Experience with cloud-based architectures, version control (e.g., Git), and automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to write clean, well-documented code and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional engineering team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; experience in SaaS or B2B platforms is a plus.
- Comfort remote working and communicating in English.
