We're looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Twilio to build scalable, communication-driven applications that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Role Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll design and develop full-stack applications that leverage Twilio's communication platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions using modern technologies.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack web applications.
- Build and integrate communication solutions using Twilio APIs.
- Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs.
- Create responsive and high-performance frontend applications.
- Work with Twilio Voice, SMS, WhatsApp, Verify, Video, Conversations, and SendGrid.
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers,



and engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system architecture.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Twilio APIs and communication workflows.
- Proficiency in Node.js (preferred) or Python, Java, or .NET.
- Experience with React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and WebSockets.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Positive understanding of software architecture and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Twilio Studio, Flex, TaskRouter, or Functions.
- Experience building customer communication or contact center solutions.
- Familiarity with AI integrations and conversational applications.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
