The RoleWe are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of strong hands-on MERN Stack experience who genuinely enjoys building products. Someone who can take an idea or business problem, understand what needs to be solved, design the right technical approach, build the application, deploy it, troubleshoot it in production and continuously make it better.

You will work primarily with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript, building complete applications rather than working within a narrow technical boundary. You should be comfortable moving between frontend, backend, database, APIs and production environments whenever the product requires it.

Your work will involve developing modern React applications, designing reusable components, building Node.js and Express.js backend services, creating secure REST APIs, designing MongoDB schemas and aggregation pipelines, integrating third-party services, implementing authentication and authorisation, optimising application performance and supporting production deployments.

? Technical Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional Full Stack Development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
- Good hands-on experience with React.js, Hooks, component architecture and state management
- Strong experience developing Node.js + Express.js backend applications
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, development and integration
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB schema design, aggregation, indexing and query optimisation
- Experience with authentication, authorisation and API security
- Good understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture
- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab and collaborative development workflows
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive web development
- Knowledge of clean code, reusable architecture and software development best practices
- Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of application performance, scalability and security
- Experience with production application deployment and maintenance
- Working knowledge of AWS or equivalent cloud platforms
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD is an advantage
- Experience with TypeScript is an advantage
- Experience integrating AI APIs, LLMs,



Computer Vision or automation systems is an advantage
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing and release management

? CompensationThe CTC for this position is up to ₹7 LPA, with the final compensation determined based on experience, technical capability, practical problem-solving ability, interview performance and overall suitability.
