Job Title: Full Stack Developer (MERN + AI Automations)

Shift : Night ( 9pm - 6am )

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in the MERN stack and practical exposure to AI integrations and automation workflows.

In this role, you will build scalable web applications, internal tools, dashboards, and AI-powered automation systems that enhance operational efficiency across products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop end-to-end web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
- Build and maintain REST APIs, backend services, and core application logic
- Design and implement frontend dashboards, CRM modules, and internal tools
- Integrate AI services (e.g., OpenAI APIs, embeddings, vector search, LangChain workflows)
- Create automation workflows using cron jobs, queues, webhooks, and third-party APIs
- Integrate external services such as Google APIs and SaaS platforms
- Implement authentication systems, RBAC, and security best practices
- Optimize database schemas, queries, and application performance




- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Solid experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
- Experience building both frontend and backend of production-grade applications
- Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI or similar) into real-world workflows
- Solid understanding of API design, data flow, and system architecture
- Proficiency in Git, Postman, Linux, and cloud deployments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code

Good to Have

- Experience with TypeScript
- Knowledge of WhatsApp / messaging automation
- Experience with Google Sheets & Google APIs
- Basic DevOps knowledge (PM2, Nginx, SSL, monitoring)
