Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in Hyderabad.

The Full Stack

Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and custom CRM solutions that support logistics, moving, and digital growth operations. Daily responsibilities include building scalable front-end interfaces, implementing robust back-end services and APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring secure, high-performance applications. The role involves collaborating with product, sales, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting issues,



and continuously improving existing systems. The developer will also contribute to code reviews, documentation, deployment pipelines, and best practices for software quality and maintainability.

Qualifications

- Strong front-end development skills, such as proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI design.
- Robust back-end development capabilities, including experience with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET), RESTful API design, and application architecture.
- Database and data management skills, including working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), as well as query optimization and schema design.
- Experience with version control and development workflows, such as Git, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative coding practices.
- Knowledge of cloud and infrastructure concepts, including deployment to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (e.g., Docker), and basic security best practices.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot issues in complex, integrated systems supporting logistics or service-based businesses.
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, on-site team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in SaaS
