- To support uninterrupted production by identifying and resolving material-related constraints in a timely manner

Main responsibilities: Fulfillment Planning & Coordination

- Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to purchasing and distribution of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies to ensure seamless support for production and plant operations
- Coordinate scheduling activities with suppliers to ensure timely material flow aligned with production requirements and delivery commitments

Supplier Performance & Delivery Management

- Develop and implement procedures aimed at improving supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD) and overall fulfillment performance
- Interface with suppliers,

- Communicate material status updates and proactively highlight potential risks impacting production timelines to relevant stakeholders

- Collaborate with engineering and production supervision to align material planning with production schedules and operational constraints

Systems & Process Governance

- Define and improve measurement systems related to fulfillment performance, inventory levels, and scheduling effectiveness
- Ensure proper utilization of ERP systems for tracking purchase orders, inventory, and material movement
- Drive standardization of material management processes across suppliers and internal teams

Supplier Support

- Provide training and guidance to suppliers on material procedures and fulfillment processes to ensure consistency and compliance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by working closely with suppliers to enhance delivery reliability and process efficiency
