About the Role

We are looking for a talented Frontend Developer to create responsive, accessible, and high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with modern JavaScript development and React-based interfaces, along with a good eye for usability and frontend performance.

You will work closely with designers, backend engineers, QA professionals, and product stakeholders to turn product requirements and visual designs into intuitive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, enhance, and maintain modern web interfaces using React.js and JavaScript.
- Develop reusable UI components and maintain a scalable frontend codebase.
- Create responsive interfaces that provide a consistent experience across browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
- Translate UI/UX designs and product requirements into functional frontend applications.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Work with Next.js for server-rendered or modern web application requirements where applicable.
- Write clean, readable, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Identify and resolve UI defects, browser compatibility issues, and frontend performance problems.
- Optimize page loading, rendering, asset delivery, and overall application responsiveness.
- Follow established accessibility and usability practices when building interfaces.
- Use Git for source control and participate in collaborative development workflows.




- Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend engineering standards.
- Work with QA engineers to reproduce and resolve functional and visual defects.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, technical discussions, and backlog refinement.
- Continuously evaluate frontend tools and practices that can improve developer productivity and product quality.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–8 years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern ES6+ concepts.
- Hands-on experience with React.js.
- Familiarity with Next.js and component-based frontend architecture.
- Solid knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience developing responsive web applications.
- Understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.
- Good knowledge of browser behavior, debugging, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience using Git and collaborative source-control workflows.
- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work effectively with designers, developers, QA, and product teams.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with state-management approaches and reusable component libraries.
- Understanding of frontend accessibility standards.
- Exposure to UI/UX design principles.
- Experience working with browser developer tools and frontend profiling.
- Knowledge of automated frontend testing.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience consuming and handling data from RESTful and asynchronous APIs.

Key Qualities *

Pay: ₹950,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
