- To ensure exceptional first impressions and a seamless Customer journey at the Mercedes-Benz showroom by managing Customer touchpoints, supporting the sales team, and maintaining showroom operations as per brand standards.
- Coordinate facility upkeep and upgrades to align with Mercedes-Benz infrastructure and brand guidelines.
- Support seamless, premium Customer experience through continuous process monitoring and quality assurance.
- Provide structured, timely reporting and documentation to internal leadership and Mercedes-Benz India as required.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
