We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Front Office Manager to manage the front desk operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in clinic, hospital, dermatology, aesthetic, wellness, beauty, or healthcare operations and should be capable of managing a team while ensuring an excellent patient/customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day front office and reception operations of the clinic.
- Ensure smooth patient/customer flow from arrival to consultation and checkout.
- Handle appointments, walk-ins, rescheduling, follow-ups, and enquiries.
- Manage and guide the front office/reception team.
- Ensure proper coordination between doctors, counsellors, therapists, and other clinic staff.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and patient experience.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.




- Monitor daily appointments, conversions, follow-ups, and revenue-related activities.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of patient/customer records and documentation.
- Monitor billing, payments, receipts, and basic cash-handling processes.
- Coordinate with the central/management team regarding daily clinic operations.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, grooming standards, attendance, and discipline.
- Prepare and share daily operational reports and performance updates.
- Monitor front-office targets and team performance.
- Support customer retention and follow-up activities.
- Ensure the reception and clinic premises are maintained professionally.
- Coordinate with support teams for inventory, housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Clinic experience is preferred, especially in dermatology, aesthetic, skincare, wellness, beauty, hospital, or healthcare setups.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
