Indulgence Atelier is a patisserie and baking academy in Ayyappankavu, Kochi. We run a custom ceremony cake studio, a baking and pastry academy, and a retail kiosk with an open glass kitchen where customers can watch the work happen.

About the role

You run the front of the kiosk — greeting walk-ins, guiding them through the display, and closing the sale.

What you'll do

Front office

- Greet and serve walk-in customers; talk them through the day's display — flavours, ingredients, what's fresh
- Answer product questions with real knowledge (allergens, shelf life, storage)
- Suggest and upsell — boxed sets, add-ons, festive items
- Handle billing, packing, and pickup handovers
- Keep the display and counter looking sharp; flag low stock to the kitchen
- Route bigger enquiries to the right person — custom cake briefs to the studio,



admissions to the academy — capturing customer details so nothing gets lost

Content support

- Shoot phone video and stills at the counter and in the kitchen as things happen
- Share content ideas with the team — what you're seeing on the floor, what customers react to

What we're looking for

- Experience in a customer-facing retail or F&B; role — café, bakery, boutique, QSR
- Fluent in Malayalam and English; Hindi or Tamil a bonus
- Comfortable shooting on a phone, with an eye for a positive frame
- Presentable, warm, and steady during a rush

Nice to have

- Interest in baking or pastry
- Basic POS experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
