Role & responsibilities:

- Architect, build, and optimize high-performance cross-platform mobile apps using React Native and TypeScript.

- Implement ultra-fast, smooth infinite vertical video feeds using Shopify FlashList with zero latency and no frame drops.

- Optimize video playback, HLS chunk preloading, disk caching, and memory lifecycle to eliminate buffering and memory leaks.

- Build 60120 fps fluid UI micro-interactions and gestures using react-native-reanimated (v3 Worklets) and react-native-gesture-handler.

- Integrate monetization and third-party services including Google AdMob Native Ads, In-App Purchases (RevenueCat), Razorpay, WebSockets, and Push Notifications (FCM).

- Diagnose UI jank, profile frame freeze rates with Flipper/Sentry, and deliver Over-The-Air (OTA) updates.

Preferred candidate profile:





- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience building and publishing production React Native applications on iOS and Android.

- Strong expertise in TypeScript, Redux Toolkit / Zustand, TanStack Query, and REST/WebSocket client architectures.

- Proven track record solving video streaming latency, feed virtualization (FlashList), and media caching challenges.

- Hands-on experience embedding Google AdMob native ads into feeds without Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS).

- Solid understanding of native bridge concepts, iOS/Android lifecycles, and React Native's New Architecture (JSI / TurboModules).
