Key Responsibilities

- Handle front desk activities and customer interactions
- Manage customer queries and act as the point of contact
- Coordinate Import & Export shipments and documentation
- Coordinate with Operations, Shipping Lines, Airlines & Transporters
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up
- Support billing coordination and MIS/reporting

Requirements ✔ Graduate in any discipline

✔ Fresher or 1+ year experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics

✔ Basic knowledge of Import & Export documentation

✔ Good communication and customer-handling skills

✔ Strong coordination and follow-up abilities

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
