- BENCH SALES RECRUITER

Key Responsibilities:
- Market and promote IT consultants across job portals, LinkedIn, and skilled networks.
- Coordinate with vendors, recruiters, and clients to identify suitable opportunities.
- Manage consultant submissions, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Handle the complete bench sales cycle from marketing to placement.
- OPT RECRUITER

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit OPT candidates for suitable IT opportunities.
- Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing platforms.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and career goals.
- Coordinate submissions, interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- HR RECRUITER

Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.




- Screen candidates based on job requirements and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Work toward achieving team hiring targets and recruitment goals.
