We are looking for a smart, driven and commercially minded fresher to join our Sales & Business Development team.
The role will primarily focus on lead generation, prospect engagement, opportunity development and conversion. You will work with potential customers, understand their business requirements, identify relevant solutions, conduct sales conversations and move qualified prospects through the sales funnel.
Depending on business requirements and individual strengths, the candidate may be deployed across either B2B sales or B2C/D2C sales.
Prior ecommerce experience is not mandatory. Selected candidates will receive structured training in ecommerce, our service offerings, consultative selling, objection handling, lead qualification, negotiation and sales techniques before being independently deployed.
We are looking for someone with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, confidence, persistence and a genuine interest in understanding customers and closing business.
