About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and client-oriented Client Account Executive to manage client relationships and support project execution. This role is open to freshers who are eager to learn, communicate effectively, and build a career in client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for clients and assist in handling their requirements
Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of projects
Understand client needs and ensure proper follow-ups
Assist in preparing reports,
presentations, and updates
Handle basic client queries and escalate when required
Support senior team members in account management activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and grow in client servicing role
