We are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Operations Manager to manage day-to-day sea and air freight operations.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end shipment management
- Shipping line / airline / agent coordination
- Customer and documentation handling
- Team management
- Import & export operations
- Shipment tracking and issue resolution
- SOP and process improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of freight forwarding experience
- Good knowledge of sea and air freight
- Robust communication and team-handling skills
- Good problem-solving and operational knowledge
