Key Responsibilities

- Shipment Coordination: Manage end-to-end import/export shipment lifecycles, coordinating seamlessly with shipping lines, airlines, custom house agents (CHAs), and overseas agents. [1, 2]

- Documentation &
- Compliance:

Ensure accurate preparation and processing of shipping documents (Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Air Waybills, and Customs paperwork) adhering to international trade regulations. [1, 2]

- Route &

- Cost Optimization:

Analyze and select the most productive transit routes and carrier options to minimize freight costs while meeting delivery timelines. [1]

- Vendor &

- Carrier Management:

Assist in evaluating carrier performance, tracking service level agreements (SLAs), and maintaining healthy relationships with logistics providers. [1]

- Data Tracking &

- Reporting:

Update and maintain logistics tracking systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and daily operations dashboards with high accuracy. [1,

- Customer Support: Act as a primary point of contact for client queries regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and documentation requirements. [1, 2]

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Education: MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or International Business from a recognized institution. [1, 2, 3]

- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of international shipping terms (Incoterms), export-import procedures, and supply chain networks. [1, 2]

- Software Proficiency: Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with logistics/ERP software. [1, 2]

- Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, active problem-solving skills under tight deadlines, and strong cross-functional coordination.
