About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Video Editor who understands how to create high-converting paid advertisement videos for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.

This is not a regular YouTube or wedding editing role. We need someone who understands direct response marketing, sales psychology, hooks, retention, CTR, conversions, and ROAS-focused creatives.

Responsibilities

- Edit high-converting Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create Google Display & YouTube Ads
- Edit short-form videos for Reels, Shorts & TikTok style content
- Create UGC-style advertisements
- Produce VSLs (Video Sales Letters)
- Edit product demos and service explainer videos
- Design motion graphics and kinetic typography
- Add captions, subtitles and animations
- Create attention-grabbing first 3-second hooks
- Optimize videos for maximum watch time and conversions
- Perform A/B creative variations for paid campaigns
- Color grading and qualified sound design
- Add transitions, motion graphics and visual effects
- Repurpose long videos into multiple ad creatives
- Work closely with the marketing team and media buyers
