It serves as a one-stop destination to build and refine product management skills.

Role Description The Freelance Video Editor will work closely with content creators and product experts to produce high-quality educational videos. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing raw footage into polished lessons, adding transitions, titles, and effects, and ensuring that audio and visual elements are clear and engaging. The role involves color grading, integrating motion graphics, and aligning visual storytelling with the instructional objectives of each course.

The editor will also create short-form reels for social platforms to promote courses and boost engagement, and work with AI avatar tools to produce scalable explainer and course content.

The Video

Editor will organize media assets, follow brand and style guidelines, and deliver projects within agreed timelines while working with the team to continuously improve the learner experience.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing for educational or training content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and professional visual quality.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging instructional visuals and overlays.
- Candidates should possess skills in Reel/Short-Form Editing for platforms like Instagram and YouTube Shorts, with a valuable sense of pacing and hook-driven storytelling.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with AI Avatar video creation tools (e.g., HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID) to produce scalable instructional content.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion design tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work with feedback and tight deadlines.
- Experience editing interview-style, explainer, or course content is preferred.
