Role Overview: We are seeking empathetic and qualified Freelance Counselors to conduct structured, ethical virtual counseling sessions on a versatile, remote basis.

Key Qualifications

- Postgraduate degree: M.Sc. in Psychology (Counseling / Clinical / Applied).
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (practical internship experience during postgraduation is recognized).
- High conversational fluency in Tamil combined with Malayalam, Telugu, or English.
- Dedication to clinical ethics, client privacy, and continuous skill development.

Key Responsibilities:





- Deliver ethical, structured one-on-one virtual counseling sessions.
- Maintain confidential and accurate case notes.
- Ensure culturally responsive and empathetic support tailored to client needs.

Work Setup & Compensation:
