Job Summary iROHUB Infotech is looking for an experienced Freelance Senior Digital Marketing Mentor to conduct evening training sessions for students and aspiring digital marketers.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in digital marketing, preferably with agency experience, and should be capable of delivering industry-oriented training, mentoring students on live projects, and helping them develop practical digital marketing skills.

This role is suitable for digital marketing professionals who are currently working as freelancers, consultants, agency professionals, or full-time employees and are interested in taking up an evening mentoring opportunity from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience
- Agency experience preferred
- Strong practical expertise in at least one core digital marketing specialization:
- SEO
- Google Ads / PPC
- Social Media Marketing / Meta Ads
- Working knowledge of other major digital marketing domains
- Practical experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting campaigns
- Experience handling real business/client projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct training in English and Tamil

Core Responsibilities

- Conduct digital marketing training sessions during evening hours.
- Teach students through practical, industry-oriented examples.
- Mentor students on live projects and assignments.
- Explain real-world campaign strategies and execution.
- Guide students in creating digital marketing strategies for businesses.
- Provide practical guidance on SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, content marketing, and funnels.
- Evaluate student assignments and provide constructive feedback.
- Help students understand campaign performance and optimization.




- Conduct practical demonstrations of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Assist students with interview preparation and portfolio development.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and platform updates.

Interview / Demo Session During the selection process, candidates should be able to:

- Explain a real digital marketing campaign they managed.
- Explain the campaign planning, execution, optimization, and results.
- Demonstrate a Google Ads or Meta Ads account structure.
- Explain an SEO strategy with practical examples.
- Interpret GA4 and campaign performance metrics.
- Explain optimization decisions based on campaign data.
- Conduct a short demo training session on any digital marketing topic.

Compensation Freelance / Part-Time remuneration will be discussed based on experience, expertise, and mentoring capability.
