We are looking for a Freelance Content Creation Assistant to support a stylist/content creator with short-form video, photography, and social media content shoots.

This is a hands-on freelance opportunity for someone interested in Instagram Reels, photography, videography, fashion, styling, and social media content creation.

The role primarily involves assisting during shoots and ensuring that photographs and videos are captured smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Shoot Instagram Reels and short-form videos using a smartphone
- Take photographs during content shoots
- Operate a smartphone/camera during shoots
- Set up and position the smartphone/camera, tripod, and basic lighting equipment
- Assist with framing, camera angles, positioning, and retakes
- Help prepare the shooting area and props
- Assist with outfit preparation and changes when required for the shoot
- Assist with basic hair arrangement, accessories, and styling preparation
- Help with minor adjustments to outfit, hair,



accessories, and overall presentation before filming
- Organize photographs and video footage after shoots
- Help identify positive takes and photographs
- Contribute ideas for poses, camera angles, compositions, and short-form content
- Help keep the shoot organized and on schedule

Requirements
- Comfortable operating a smartphone camera
- Interest in photography, videography, Instagram Reels, fashion, styling, or social media
- Basic understanding of framing, lighting, and camera angles
- Good eye for composition and presentation
- Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable providing hands-on assistance during content shoots
- Previous experience with Reels, photography, or videography is an advantage
- Freshers and candidates without a formal portfolio are welcome to apply

Freelance Engagement
- Freelance/contract engagement
- Approximately 8 working days per month
- 5–6 hours maximum per day
- Typical working hours: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- ₹280 per completed working day
