Job Role

- Delivery Executive

- Deliver grocery orders safely and on time to customers at nearby locations.

- Collect orders from the assigned nearby store and deliver them to customers.

- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional delivery service.

- Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments when required.

- Maintain accurate delivery records.

- Follow traffic rules and all required safety guidelines.

- Coordinate delivery timings and ensure orders reach customers within the scheduled time.

- Work for 8 hours per day and 6 days per week.

- A nearby store will be assigned to the selected candidate.

- Candidates requiring immediate joining can contact the employer directly by call or WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

Order Delivery

- Collect grocery orders from the assigned store.

- Deliver orders to customers at nearby locations.

- Ensure all orders are delivered safely and on time.

- Coordinate delivery timings with customers when required.

- Handle multiple delivery orders efficiently.

Cash Collection

- Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments from customers when required.





- Ensure collected cash is recorded and handled properly.

- Submit or report collected payments according to company procedures.

Customer Service

- Communicate politely and professionally with customers.

- Ensure customer satisfaction during the delivery process.

- Handle basic delivery-related customer queries.

- Report any delivery issues to the concerned team.

Record Management

- Maintain accurate delivery records.

- Update order and delivery status as required.

- Keep track of completed and pending deliveries.

Safety & Compliance

- Follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines.

- Handle grocery items carefully during transportation.

- Ensure secure delivery of orders to customers.

Experience

- 10th Pass or below 10th.
