Role Overview

We are hiring experienced professionals with relevant experience in Fraud, Fraud Disputes, FCC (Financial Crime Compliance), Fraud Detection, or Financial Crime processes.

### Eligibility

* Relevant experience in Fraud Disputes / FCC / Fraud Detection / Financial Crime is mandatory

* International Voice / International Non-Voice experience

* Good English communication skills

* Strong knowledge of fraud-related processes and investigation procedures

* Candidates serving a 30-day notice period are also eligible

Salary

International Non-Voice * Up to 6.5 LPA

International Voice

* Up to 7.5 LPA

### Transport

* 1-Way Cab Facility

Key Responsibilities

* Review and investigate suspected fraudulent transactions

- Handle fraud disputes and customer/account-related cases
- Identify suspicious or unusual transaction patterns
- Follow financial crime and fraud prevention guidelines




- Review customer/account information and supporting documents
- Take appropriate action based on process guidelines
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and productivity standards
- Escalate high-risk or complex cases to the appropriate team

### Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in:

*AML KYC into banking

*Fraud Disputes**

*Fraud Detection**

*FCC Financial Crime Compliance**

*Financial Crime Operations**

*Transaction Monitoring**

*Fraud Investigation**

* International Voice / International Non-Voice

### Skills Required

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify suspicious activities
- Knowledge of fraud/financial crime concepts
- Ability to work with sensitive customer and financial information
- Ability to follow investigation procedures and process guidelines
