Full Stack + Frappe Developer

Location: Vapi, Gujarat — onsite

Role Summary

We are hiring Full Stack Developers with solid Frappe/ERPNext capability for an onsite implementation and deployment project at Vapi. The role requires hands-on development, customization, integration, deployment support, issue resolution, and close coordination with client-side users and the Hybrow project team.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, customize, and maintain Frappe/ERPNext modules, DocTypes, workflows, reports, print formats, scripts, and dashboards.
- Develop full-stack features using Python/Frappe on the backend and JavaScript/HTML/CSS on the frontend.
- Support onsite deployment, UAT, go-live, data migration, configuration, and production issue resolution.
- Integrate ERPNext/Frappe with third-party systems using REST APIs, background jobs, webhooks, and scheduled tasks.
- Write clean, maintainable code with proper validations, permissions, logging, and error handling.
- Work directly with functional consultants, business users,



and technical leads to translate requirements into working solutions.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Frappe Framework and/or ERPNext customization.
- Strong Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MariaDB/MySQL, Git, and REST API fundamentals.
- Ability to create/customize DocTypes, server scripts, client scripts, reports, workflows, roles, permissions, fixtures, and patches.
- Understanding of deployment basics: bench, sites, apps, migrations, backups, logs, scheduler, workers, and production troubleshooting.
- Good communication and ownership mindset for onsite client-facing work.

Good to Have ERPNext implementation experience in manufacturing, inventory, procurement, finance, HR, CRM, or project modules.

Experience with Linux servers, Nginx, Redis, background workers, CI/CD, and performance debugging.

Knowledge of data migration, import templates, custom apps, and multi-site deployments.
