Role Description The Franchise Coordinator at CAD DESK India is a full-time, on-site role based in Jammu. The individual in this position supports the management and growth of franchise centers by coordinating franchise inquiries, assisting with franchise sales processes, and maintaining accurate records of franchise agreements. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with existing and prospective franchise partners, handling documentation and compliance requirements, and providing operational support to ensure smooth functioning of franchise units.

The role also involves collecting and analyzing franchise performance data, preparing reports for management, and collaborating with internal teams to address franchise partner needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Franchise Sales and Franchising, with an understanding of franchise business models and partner relationship management.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Franchise Agreements, including basic contract terms, compliance requirements, and documentation procedures.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with franchise partners, internal teams, and prospective clients in a clear and professional manner.
