We are looking for a Franchise Business Manager who can help us scale to 100+ franchise locations in 12 months and Be part of a 100+ franchise expansion journey in next 12 months

This is a high-ownership Hunter & Closer role for someone who thrives on speed, volume, business development, and measurable results.

? YOUR MISSION

100 Franchise Businesses in 12 Months – PAN INDIA

You will own the complete franchise expansion funnel—from lead generation, partner acquisition, negotiations and closure to onboarding and successful launch.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own and drive the 100-in-12 expansion target with monthly, weekly and daily milestones
- Identify and acquire franchise partners across Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle—from lead generation to agreement signing
- Build a strong franchise pipeline with minimal dependency on inbound leads
- Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis to identify high-potential locations
- Onboard new franchise partners and ensure successful launches
- Provide franchisees with training, curriculum, technology and marketing support
- Monitor franchisee KPIs and drive MoM & QoQ business growth and profitability
- Maintain strong franchisee relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention




- Maintain complete CRM discipline and track every lead, meeting and follow-up
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and accurate revenue forecasts
- Work closely with the Founder and leadership team to achieve aggressive expansion targets

? NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

✅ 5–10 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development or Channel Sales

✅ Proven experience in scaling franchise/business networks

✅ Experience in Education, EdTech, Training or Financial Services preferred

✅ Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

✅ Existing network of potential franchise partners/investors across India

✅ Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills

✅ Strong sales closing and business development capabilities

✅ Willingness to travel extensively across India
