We are looking for a self-driven BD & Sales Specialist to build our client acquisition engine completely from scratch.

Since we are just starting out fresh, there is no existing lead database or set sales process. We need a proven qualified who can design the sales playbook, find leads, run outreach, and close deals independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Process & Database Creation: Build our prospect database and establish our end-to-end sales process from scratch.
- Lead Gen & Prospecting: Source, qualify, and build a consistent pipeline of ideal client prospects.
- Outreach Execution: Run multi-channel outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, cold email, and secondary channels.
- Discovery & Pitch Calls: Conduct calls, analyze prospective client needs, and deliver persuasive pitches/proposals.
- Closing & Handoffs: Handle objections, negotiate terms, secure signed contracts,



and facilitate seamless handoffs to delivery.
- Pipeline Management: Set up and track deal stages, conversion metrics, and outreach data using a CRM.

Requirements
- Proven track record building and executing B2B sales processes for marketing, media, or creative agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate lead databases and close high-ticket deals independently.
- Top-tier English written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of marketing agency services (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Content, Web Dev).
