Role Description As the Founding Tech Lead (Fullstack) at Remiro AI, you will own the end-to-end technical architecture and implementation of our AI-driven career platform. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, focused on shipping fast, robust, and scalable features across the frontend and backend.

Your day-to-day work will include designing system architecture, building and maintaining APIs, integrating AI models (e.g., Gemini-based agents), and creating responsive, user-centric interfaces. You will set coding standards, lead technical decision-making, manage CI/CD pipelines,



and ensure reliability, performance, and security across the stack. You will collaborate closely with the founders and product team, translating user feedback into product iterations, mentoring early engineers, and helping shape the technical culture.

This role offers equity-based stakes only, with no salary, and is best suited for someone with 4+ years of experience who wants to be a core builder of a mission-driven startup.

Qualifications

- Strong fullstack engineering skills, with experience building production web applications using contemporary frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, or similar) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or comparable stacks).
- Solid backend architecture experience, including RESTful or GraphQL API design, database modeling (SQL/NoSQL), authentication/authorization, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, such as deployment on AWS/GCP/Azure, containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/logging tools.
- Practical experience integrating AI/ML services or LLMs (e.g., Gemini, OpenAI, or similar), including prompt design, API integration, and building AI-powered user workflows.
- Strong product and user-centric mindset, with the ability to translate career guidance workflows into intuitive UX flows and iterate quickly based on user feedback.
