About Orkeneo Orkeneo is building an AI Operating System for restaurants — helping restaurant operators make better decisions around demand, inventory, procurement, food waste and profitability.

Our product is currently moving from beta toward real-world restaurant pilots , and we're now building our initial GTM and sales motion.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Sales & GTM Associate in Mumbai who is comfortable getting out of the office and talking directly to restaurant owners, operators and decision-makers.

This is one of our earliest sales roles, so you won't just be following an existing sales playbook.

You'll help us build the playbook.

What you'll do

- Identify and build a pipeline of restaurants in Mumbai
- Visit restaurants and connect with owners, managers and decision-makers
- Generate leads through offline and online outreach
- Introduce Orkeneo and understand the restaurant's operational challenges
- Qualify potential customers and schedule product demos
- Follow up with prospects and help convert restaurants into pilot customers
- Maintain lead and sales activity records
- Help identify which restaurant segments are most responsive
- Work directly with the founding team to improve our sales approach
- Contribute ideas to our GTM strategy, sales process and SOPs
- Help us build a repeatable restaurant acquisition process from the ground up

Who we're looking for You could be a great fit if you:





- Are based in Mumbai
- Are comfortable with field sales and visiting restaurants
- Can confidently speak with restaurant owners and senior decision-makers
- Are proactive and comfortable approaching people you don't know
- Can generate leads rather than waiting for leads to be provided
- Have strong communication and follow-up skills
- Are willing to learn a recent product and understand customer problems
- Are comfortable working in an early-stage startup where things are still being figured out
- Have a strong ownership mentality
- Have a genuine interest in sales, startups, FoodTech or B2B SaaS

Experience Previous experience in sales, business development, restaurant/hospitality, B2B, SaaS or field sales is helpful, but not mandatory .

We're more interested in your ability to talk to customers, generate opportunities and get things done .

Compensation

₹8,000–₹10,000/month , depending on experience and fit.
