What you'll do

Own everything technical end-to-end: a mobile capture app, an AI/vision processing pipeline handling millions of images, a lightweight cloud backend with a review workflow, and a client-facing dashboard. Ship a production v1 in weeks, not quarters.

Must-have skills:

Full-stack

: Python backend, Postgres/SQLite, a modern web dashboard (React or similar), basic cloud deployment — solo, without DevOps support.

Android

: camera pipelines, GPS, foreground services, background limits, battery/thermal handling (native Kotlin, or Capacitor/RN with the ability to drop into Kotlin).

AI/ML:

vision/LLM APIs in production — structured outputs, prompt iteration, batching,



cost control — plus eval harnesses with labelled data to measure accuracy, not guess it.

Speed

: 3–8 years shipping real products, largely solo. Fluent with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor) as a daily multiplier.

Weighted heavily

: hardware / IoT experience — sensors, cameras, embedded devices, device integration. If you haven't done it, you'll be expected to learn fast and deliver anyway.

Bonus: on-device ML (YOLO/TFLite), maps/GIS.
