We're looking for a Marketing Lead who can turn that into a machine the world can't ignore.

What you'll do

- Build marketing systems, not one-off campaigns: AI-assisted content research, lead generation, outreach, newsletters, referral and creator incentives, and engagement loops across the user lifecycle
- Run X as our primary channel: daily presence, agent demos, building in public, and content that shows Gravity's actual work instead of claims
- Get on calls with users and builders: sell Gravity, gather feedback, and feed what you learn back into product and marketing
- Track everything by channel: signups, activation, retention, and referrals, then diagnose drop-offs and double down on what works
- Give the team clear direction: for every initiative, the channel, the asset, the audience, the owner, the timeline, and the expected outcome
- Own Gravity's positioning with the founding team: what we stand for, who we're for, why we beat every alternative, and make every channel say it the same way
- Repurpose the best of X into YouTube Shorts, and keep Reddit and LinkedIn strong enough to matter
- Build real relationships with AI builders, creators, and the ecosystems they live in

What we're looking for
- A systems builder: you set up AI to handle the backend so your best hours go into the content and conversations that matter
- Expert on X: you know what works there because you've done it, not because you've read about it
- A deep, specific understanding of how builders discover, evaluate, and adopt AI tools:



generic "AI is growing, post more" thinking won't survive here
- Fluent in GTM and growth metrics: you can look at a funnel, find the drop-off, and explain why
- Comfortable picking up the phone and talking to users
- Experience marketing or scaling an AI startup, strongly preferred
- Strong writing and storytelling: you can make a complex product feel obvious
- An engineering background is a plus, not a requirement
- Most importantly, solid proof of work

Prior marketing experience is preferred, not required. If you're exceptional and can prove you can do the job, we want to hear from you. What counts as proof of work
- Systems you've built: referral loops, outreach engines, content pipelines
- Audiences or channels you've scaled, especially on X
- Campaigns you've run and what they moved
- Products you've marketed and the numbers behind them
- Growth experiments you've designed and what you learned
- Anything else that shows you can create and scale distribution

We are a remote-first team building this from India. The team is the whole game, so we hire intentionally and only bring on people who are genuinely exceptional at what they do. We would rather wait than settle. What exceptional looks like here
