About the Role

Rise Digital India is hiring a hybrid technical builder. You will not be tucked away in a dark corner just writing tickets. You will actively architect full-stack AI applications, deploy MVPs at lightning speed, and jump on live video strategy calls with international founders to close high-ticket software deals.

Core Technical Stack & Requirements

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade web and mobile applications.
- Core Tech: Deep proficiency in Next.js, React, React Native, Node.js, and serverless backends.
- AI-Native Engineering: You leverage AI development workflows (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude/OpenAI APIs) to build clean, functional software 5x faster than traditional developers.
- System Integrations: Proven track record of integrating third-party APIs, LLMs, payment gateways, and automated data pipelines.

Client-Facing & Communication Expectations

- Fluent English (Mandatory): Flawless verbal and written English communication. You will be negotiating directly with business owners across the United States, Europe, and Australia.
- Strategic Discovery Calls: Confidently attend 10 to 20 prospective client discovery and closing calls per week alongside the founder.
- Technical Sales Authority:



Translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete technical architectures on the fly, demonstrating domain authority and helping convert leads into closed deals.

Compensation, Commission & Equity

- Starting Base Pay: ₹20,000 per month (Months 1–6).
- Performance Review: Quick-tracked bump to ₹40,000 per month after 6 months based on execution speed, architectural knowledge, and deal contributions.
- Uncapped Commission: 20% flat commission on the total closed contract value of every project you help secure (e.g., earn an extra ₹40,000+ on a single $5,000 deal).
- Annual Appraisals: 10% to 20% annual salary increases based on agency growth and individual performance.
- Long-Term Ownership: Direct opportunity to vest 1% equity in risedigitalindia.com after 3 to 4 years of tenure.
