Wingit is building India’s first beauty commerce concierge, bringing Sephora’s shopping experience to your home. Our mission is to reimagine how top 1% of India shops - quick commerce made shopping quick; but we’ll make shopping at home an experiential delight, along with a tech-first digital experience.

About the role We’re hiring founding engineers to build the Wingit infrastructure from scratch, including the consumer app backend, inhouse warehouse management and route planning solutions,
state of the art commerce personalisation engine and a lot more - transforming vague ideas into prototypes and subsequently production-grade products.
Who you are
- Have spent 2-4 years building scalable, high throughput backend infrastructure, ideally from scratch
- Leverage AI - both for your own workflow and implementing LLM based production pipelines, while not compromising on code quality, testing and reliability
- Have worked extensively with any strongly typed language in the past
- Have been a strong individual contributor, shipping quality products, solving hard tech problems
- Our current tech stack includes TypeScript, Node.js, Fastify, OpenAPI, GCP, Postgres with React Native and Expo on app. But you can always make a solid case to change things in the pursuit of a better quality product or a more efficient workflow.
- Having worked in a quick commerce/e commerce startup, open source contributions or stellar personal projects is a big plus
