Responsibilities

- Build and own core systems end-to-end - design, implement, deploy, and scale high-performance, concurrent, and fault-tolerant microservices.
- Work across the stack: backend, frontend, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) with full DevOps ownership.
- Interact with customers to understand their requirements and translate that to product.
- Translate product and risk-modeling requirements into robust, production-ready software.
- Ensure performance, observability, and reliability through strong engineering practices.
- Establish engineering standards and mentor future hires as we grow.

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience building high-scale, low-latency distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and concurrency.
- Hands-on proficiency in Java or Golang.




- Strong familiarity with microservices architecture, APIs, messaging, and async design.
- Experience deploying and maintaining services on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Prior exposure to B2B tech or high-growth startup environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines & agentic systems will be a plus.
- Interest in Financial Markets is a must. Prior experience will be a plus.
- High agency: proactive, self-driven, and comfortable in rapid-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Desire to build first, lead next - hands-on now, growing into technical leadership.
- Must be based / willing to relocate to Mumbai / Bangalore.
