Role Description The Founder’s Office Intern – Business Development & Growth is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, the intern will support the founding team on strategic initiatives, including market research, opportunity assessment, competitor analysis, and preparation of client presentations and internal strategy documents.

The intern will assist in building and refining business development pipelines, tracking leads, and helping prepare proposals, pitch decks, and investor or partner communication materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, documenting key insights from meetings,



supporting execution of growth experiments, and contributing to operational process improvements. The intern will also help monitor key performance metrics, prepare periodic reports, and contribute to initiatives related to global expansion, investment readiness, and AI-driven business transformation.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize market, industry, and competitor data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Business development and growth-oriented mindset, including familiarity with sales pipelines, lead generation, client outreach, and partnership building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in preparing presentations, pitch decks, reports, and concise executive summaries.
- Basic understanding of corporate strategy, finance, and consulting concepts; exposure to startup ecosystems, investment readiness, or M&A; is an advantage.
- Comfort with digital tools and productivity software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace; CRM or project management tools are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-led workplace, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
- Pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; prior internships in consulting, startups, or growth roles are beneficial.
