Internship Description

We are looking for a highly driven, curious, and versatile Founder’s Office Intern to work directly alongside the founder. This is a unique, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of creative marketing, data-driven analysis (science), and business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Marketing & Growth: Assist in brainstorming, planning, and executing digital marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and content creation for both Firevy Co and our clients.
- Science & Analytics (Data-Driven Approach): Apply a "scientific method" to business and marketing problems. Conduct A/B testing, track performance metrics, analyze user data, and research industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Operations & Project Management: Help streamline day-to-day operations, optimize internal workflows, and coordinate between the design and development teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Strategic Support: Shadow the founder in daily activities, assist in preparing client pitches, draft business proposals, and organize operational reports.
- Market Research:



Conduct deep-dive research into new client niches (including tech, healthcare, or science-based industries) to help tailor our digital solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, social media, content strategy).
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with analytics tools or project management software (like Notion, Trello, or Asana) is a plus.
- A relentless willingness to learn and figure things out independently.
