The Founder’s Office Intern will work directly with the Founder across strategy, operations, and special projects.

⏳ 3–6 Month Internship (with potential full-time conversion)

? Stipend: ₹15,000– 17,000 per month

Responsibilities:

Strategic Support

- Assist in research for brand strategy and positioning projects
- Compile competitor and category insights
- Help structure decks, documents, and internal strategy notes
- Summarise discussions into actionable next steps

Studio Operations & Systems

- Document workflows and internal processes
- Help refine playbooks, templates, and frameworks
- Track ongoing projects and follow up on action items
- Support implementation of new studio initiatives

Business Development Support

- Assist in preparing proposals and pitch documents




- Conduct research on potential clients and industries
- Help identify growth opportunities and partnerships

Special Projects

- Support R&D; initiatives
- Assist in developing studio IP (publications, frameworks, thought pieces)
- Contribute to internal brand and communication efforts

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Structured thinking and attention to detail
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid-moving environments
- Curiosity about business, branding, and design
- Ability to turn conversations into organised documentation
- Maturity and discretion
