Role Description This is a full-time Founder's Office – Growth role based in Bengaluru, structured as a hybrid position with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The individual will work closely with the founder to drive strategic initiatives across business development, marketing experiments, and operational improvements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include researching new market opportunities, supporting client outreach, tracking growth metrics, and preparing presentations or reports for internal and external stakeholders. The role involves coordinating cross-functional projects, refining internal processes, and helping prioritize the founder’s roadmap to ensure effective execution.



The person in this role will be expected to think analytically, move quickly from idea to implementation, and contribute to building scalable, repeatable growth playbooks for Ekaiva Studio.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with numbers, basic data analysis, and structured thinking.
- Experience or interest in growth, business development, marketing, or strategy within startups or small, fast-moving teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear documents, decks, and client-facing materials.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work with minimal supervision in a hybrid setup.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, design, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
- Demonstrated initiative, ownership mindset, and willingness to work across functions in a dynamic, ambiguous workplace.
- Previous exposure to Bengaluru’s startup ecosystem or creative/tech studios is a plus but not required.
