We are looking for a small number of exceptionally driven undergraduate students from top institutes in India, across any branch or discipline , who want to work directly on real business problems and learn what it takes to build a company from the ground up.
As a Founder’s Intern at Logikality, you will work closely with the Founder & CEO and the leadership team across problems that could span:
- AI and product strategy
- Market and competitive research
- Customer and growth initiatives
- New business ideas
- Operations and execution
- Strategic projects that need to move from idea to outcome quickly
You will be expected to think, solve, execute and take ownership of real problems.
This will be intense.
You should be prepared for long working days — potentially up to 12 hours on demanding days and six working days a week .
If you are looking primarily for a certificate, predictable hours or a conventional internship experience, this will probably not be the right prospect.
But for the right person, the upside can be significant.

Currently pursuing or have completed an undergraduate degree at a top-tier institution in India.
