About the Role

As a Founders Office team member, you will work closely with the Founders across strategy, business, product, growth and execution.

You will be expected to independently drive high-priority initiatives, bring structure to complex problems, work across teams and ensure that important priorities move from 0 1 and from idea execution.

This role is best suited for someone who combines the structured thinking of a strategist with the bias for action of a startup operator.

What Youll Do Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Founder-Led Initiatives

- Work closely with the Founders on strategic priorities, business decisions and high-impact initiatives.




- Conduct market, competitor and business research and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Convert strategic objectives into clear execution plans and measurable outcomes.

1. Business & Cross-Functional Execution

- Own critical projects across product, growth, operations and business.
- Drive initiatives from problem identification execution closure.
- Identify gaps, solve problems and remove roadblocks across teams.

1. Growth & New Opportunities

- Evaluate new markets, partnerships, business models and growth opportunities.
- Analyse business performance and translate data into actionable insights.
- Track relevant AI, technology and industry trends.

1. Leadership & Special Projects

- Act as an extension of the Founders on high-priority initiatives.
- Build dashboards, MIS, business reviews and decision frameworks.
- Take ownership of 01 projects and high-impact special assignments.

What We Need/ Requirements:
- 36 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, product, growth, investment banking or a high-growth startup environment.
- Candidates with experience in a VC/PE-funded startup or a high-growth funded company will be strongly preferred.
- Candidates who have worked closely with a Founder, CEO or senior leadership team in a high-growth environment will be strongly preferred.
- Graduate/MBA from a Tier-1 institute with a strong academic and professional track record.




- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability with strong business judgment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and operate effectively with limited structure.
- Strong ownership mindset — someone who does not wait for instructions and is comfortable taking a problem from “What needs to be done?” to “It is done.”
- Genuine interest in AI, technology, startups and emerging business models.

What Will Make You Stand Out:
- Experience in a founder's office, strategy, consulting, product strategy or business operations role.
- Experience working in a VC/PE-backed startup through a phase of rapid growth.
- Demonstrated experience of independently driving 01 initiatives.
- Exposure to fundraising, investor conversations, strategic partnerships or business expansion.
- Ability to move seamlessly between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Strong bias for action, intellectual curiosity and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
