About Dōtō Health (CareMother)

Dōtō Health Private Limited, operating as CareMother

, is a Pune-based, Made-in-India femtech and medical-device company on a mission to create equal opportunities of care for women. We build a full-stack, AI-enabled maternal-care platform — spanning conception to post-partum — that combines smart monitoring devices, AI-powered decision support and protocol-driven workflows for fetal, labour, birthing and post-partum care. Our flagship products include AnandiMaa

(antenatal care platform), FetoMax

(wireless NST/CTG fetal monitor) and Nurtura

(intrapartum and post-partum AI co-pilot). CareMother is already deployed across 28 states and 2,500+ facilities in India and seven LMICs, covering 700,000+ pregnancies and 2 million+ tests, and is a licensed CDSCO medical device backed by clinical research partnerships with IIT Bombay, the University of Oxford and Mayo Clinic.

About the Role The Founder's Office is the engine room of the company — where strategy, data and execution meet. As Business Analyst & Fundraising Associate

, you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Founder & CEO to turn ambiguous problems into structured analysis, decisions and outcomes. Roughly half of your time will be spent on business analysis and strategy, and half on driving our fundraising — an active Pre-Series A equity round alongside impact and grant funding. It is a rare front-row seat to how a mission-driven healthtech company scales,

and a launchpad for a career in strategy, investing or entrepreneurship.

What You'll Do

BUSINESS ANALYSIS & STRATEGY

- Build and maintain financial models — revenue projections, unit economics, pricing, burn and runway — and pressure-test key business assumptions.

- Run market and competitive research — TAM/SAM/SOM sizing, competitor landscapes, regulatory and clinical scans — and distill it into clear, decision-ready insights.

- Prepare board decks, strategy memos and business cases that translate data into a crisp narrative for the CEO, board and partners.
- Track KPIs and build dashboards across installations, patient volumes, revenue and product metrics to surface trends and risks early.

- Own special projects across GTM, partnerships, pricing and new-product initiatives — scoping, analysing and driving them to closure.

FUNDRAISING & INVESTOR RELATIONS

- Support the Pre-Series A raise end-to-end — refine the pitch deck, teaser, one-pagers and financial model in partnership with the CEO.

- Build and manage the investor pipeline — research VCs, impact investors, family offices and strategics, and maintain a disciplined outreach tracker/CRM.

- Set up and run the data room and coordinate due-diligence requests, keeping documents accurate, organised and audit-ready.
- Research and draft grant applications for philanthropic and impact funding (e.g.

BIRAC, Grand Challenges, global health foundations) and track milestones and reporting.

- Prepare investor updates and communications that keep current and prospective investors engaged with a consistent, data-backed story.

Who You Are

- 1–4 years of experience in management consulting,

investment banking, VC/PE, a startup founder's office/chief-of-staff role, or strategy/BizOps.

- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills , and excellent PowerPoint/deck-building — you can turn a blank page into a board-ready story.

- Sharp analytical and research ability with structured, first-principles problem-solving and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication — able to write a tight memo and brief a CEO with equal ease.

- High ownership and comfort with ambiguity ; you thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow through without being asked twice.

- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, economics or business; an MBA or CFA progress is a plus.

Bonus Points

- Exposure to healthcare, healthtech, medtech or femtech , or to impact/social enterprise and LMIC health markets.

- Prior involvement in a fundraise or grant application (equity or philanthropic).

- Data fluency with SQL, Python or BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker).

What We Offer

- Direct mentorship from the Founder & CEO and a front-row seat to strategy, fundraising and board-level decision-making.
- Real ownership and steep growth — visible impact from day one and a clear path into strategy, investing or leadership roles.

- Mission that matters — your work helps make pregnancy and childbirth safer for mothers and newborns across India and LMICs.

- Competitive compensation and a collaborative, high-calibre team at our Pune headquarters.
