About Infiheal:
Infiheal HealthTech Pvt Ltd, incubated at IIT Bombay, is a pioneering AI-driven mental healthcare startup transforming emotional wellness at scale. With 1M+ active users globally, partnerships with Cornell University, NASSCOM, IBM, and the Indian Navy, and recognition by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Mann Ki Baat (2023), Infiheal is redefining how mental health support is delivered.
Our flagship AI co-therapist Healo and the world’s first AI relationship coach DuoChat provide 24/7 clinically validated, anonymous support, bridging the global therapist shortage and reducing wait times from 2–8 weeks to instant access. We aim to reach 100 million people in India and 500 million globally, making mental healthcare affordable, accessible, and stigma-free.
About the Job:
We're a fast-moving team building in one of the most consequential and underserved categories in healthcare. Every week brings a new product decision, a new partnership conversation, a new fundraising question, a new operational fire — and we need someone who can sit right next to the Founder and help think through, and execute on, all of it.
What You'll Do:
Partner with the Founder:
- Act as a thought partner and force multiplier for the Founder across day-to-day priorities and long-term strategy.
- Prepare the Founder for investor meetings, board updates, partnership conversations, and leadership
- discussions — research the room before you're ever in it.
- Track commitments and follow-ups across conversations so nothing important falls through the cracks.
- Represent the Founder's priorities accurately when working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Drive Strategic Projects:
- Lead special projects end-to-end — from a new city or partner launch, to a hiring push, to evaluating a current product line — with minimal hand-holding.
- Structure ambiguous problems into clear frameworks, run the analysis, and bring back a recommendation, not just a summary of options.
- Pressure-test ideas with data before they go to the team or the board.
- Own timelines and coordinate across functions (product, clinical, growth, ops) to get projects across the line.
- Help build pitch decks, financial models, and data rooms for fundraising conversations.
Strengthen Operations:
- Build and refine the internal processes an early-stage company doesn't have yet — from hiring pipelines to reporting cadences to vendor management.
- Monitor key business metrics and flag risks, trends, and opportunities before they become urgent.
What We're Looking For:
- We're looking for someone who wants to build, not just observe — someone who asks "why isn't this working" before being asked to, and who's more interested in outcomes than titles.
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and back recommendations with data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you can write a crisp investor update and hold your own in a strategy conversation.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort building models and dashboards from scratch.
- A genuine interest in mental health, healthcare, or consumer technology.
- Bachelor's degree from a strong academic program.
Who You Are:
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and don't wait for a playbook to exist before you act.
- You move fast, but you sweat the details that matter.
- You can flex between deep analytical work and scrappy, hands-on execution in the same day.
- You build trust quickly — with the Founder, with teammates, and with external stakeholders.
- You have high integrity and can be trusted with sensitive, confidential information.
- You're genuinely excited about making mental healthcare more accessible.
Why Infiheal?
- You'll work at the center of the company, with visibility into every major decision — not siloed into one function.
- You'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one and given the room to own outcomes, not just tasks.
- You'll build a foundation — in strategy, operations, and judgment — that compounds for the rest of your career.
- You'll be part of a mission that matters: making mental healthcare accessible to people who need it most.
- If you're energized by building something from the ground up and want to learn by doing it alongside the Founder, we'd love to hear from you.
