We are looking for sharp, empathetic, and dynamic candidates to join us as Forward Deployed Healthcare Liaison Interns to support the on-site rollout, adoption, and optimization of our AI healthcare systems across partner hospitals in Kochi.

3 Months (Pathway to full-time employment based on performance)

Eligibility

- MSW / BSW (Master of Social Work / Bachelor of Social Work)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant field

Role & Responsibilities
- On-Ground Rollout Support: Support the hands-on deployment and live rollout of AI-powered patient monitoring systems directly in hospital environments, working alongside the technical team.
- Clinical Workflow Liaison: Act as the on-site bridge between hospital staff and the technical deployment team — observing ward routines, patient interactions, and staff workflows to guide smooth adoption.
- Workflow Translation: Work directly alongside doctors, nursing staff, and hospital administrators to map clinical workflows and translate on-ground needs into requirements for the engineering team.
- Field Support & Issue Escalation: Identify usability issues, adoption blockers,



or on-ground friction points during rollout, and coordinate with technical staff for resolution.
- Core Product Feedback Loop: Act as the direct bridge to our core engineering team, turning clinical feedback, edge-case failures, and usability pain points into actionable platform improvements.

What We Are Looking For
- Exceptional communication, empathy, and stakeholder management skills to work smoothly with clinical and administrative hospital staff.
- Comfort operating in dynamic, real-world field environments (ICUs, wards, and hospital settings).
- Strong understanding of patient care workflows, hospital operations, or community health settings.
- Foundational curiosity about health data telemetry or AI-driven systems is a strong advantage (no coding background required).
