CoE Formwork Process & Implementation Manager – JD Summary Location: Corporate Centre

Role Purpose To standardize and improve formwork engineering processes across projects by driving productivity, digital adoption, innovation, knowledge management, and process excellence .

Key Responsibilities

- Standardize formwork processes, SOPs and best practices across projects.
- Drive CoE initiatives, implementation and compliance.
- Establish productivity benchmarks, manpower norms and performance metrics.
- Implement digital platforms and process automation.
- Develop knowledge repositories, lessons learned and best-practice databases.
- Drive innovation through new formwork technologies, automation and robotics.
- Develop training, competency and certification programs.
- Provide technical and process support to project teams.
- Monitor digital adoption, productivity improvement and overall CoE performance.

Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Master's in Construction Management preferred.
- 10+ years of construction/formwork experience.
- Minimum 5 years of site experience in formwork.
