- Implementation Manager – JD Summary Location: Corporate Centre Role Purpose: To standardize and improve formwork engineering processes across projects by driving productivity, digital adoption, innovation, knowledge management, and process excellence .
Key Responsibilities: Standardize formwork processes, SOPs and best practices across projects.
Drive
CoE initiatives, implementation and compliance. Establish productivity benchmarks, manpower norms and performance metrics. Implement digital platforms and process automation. Develop knowledge repositories, lessons learned and best-practice databases.
Drive innovation through current formwork technologies, automation and robotics. Develop training, competency and certification programs. Provide technical and process support to project teams. Monitor digital adoption,
productivity improvement and overall CoE performance.

Experience: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Master's in Construction Management preferred. 10 years of construction/formwork experience. Minimum 5 years of site experience in formwork.
