Role Description The Forging Production role is a full-time, in office position located in Midnapore Sadar. This role involves overseeing and executing forging operations, including preparing materials, operating forging equipment, and monitoring production lines to meet daily output targets.

The position requires coordinating with supervisors and team members to follow production plans, maintain a safe work environment, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Daily responsibilities include inspecting workpieces, ensuring adherence to quality standards, documenting production data, and assisting in equipment setup and basic maintenance.



The team member will also participate in training activities and follow company procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to schedule, organize, and oversee forging activities effectively.
- Candidates should possess strong Quality Control skills to inspect materials and finished products, identify defects, and maintain product standards.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, coworkers, and support teams, and to report issues promptly.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to learn new processes quickly and help support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Relevant experience in forging, metalworking, or manufacturing operations is highly beneficial.
- Ability to follow safety protocols, work in a physically demanding environment, and operate or learn to operate forging and related machinery.
- Basic technical or vocational education in mechanical, metallurgical, or industrial disciplines is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to work in shift-based or production-oriented schedules as required.
