We are looking for an experienced Foreman / Supervisor to manage site-level installation and execution activities for PUF panels, cold rooms, and cold storage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day installation and execution activities at site.
- Lead and manage installation teams and workers.
- Ensure proper installation of PUF panels and related components.




- Supervise wall and roof panel installation, flashing, trims, joints, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project management teams.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and instructions.
- Monitor manpower, tools, materials, and daily productivity.
- Check workmanship and maintain required quality standards.
- Identify site-level issues and coordinate with engineers for solutions.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety requirements.
- Maintain daily work progress and manpower reports.

Preferred Experience:

- Hands-on experience in PUF panel installation.
- Experience in cold rooms and cold storage buildings.
- Experience with panel alignment, jointing, flashing, trims, and finishing.
- Ability to independently manage a site installation team.
